Your monthly credit card bill provides you with an itemized list of all card payments. On the one hand, this allows you to control your expenditure at all times. On the other, you can check all payments before paying your monthly bill.
Receive card statements digital
Thanks to digital services such as the Swisscard app or Web Services, you can receive and check your card statement easily and conveniently on your smartphone or desktop computer.
Receive card statements in paper form
As an option, you can also receive your card statement on paper. Please note that, depending on the card and the offer, there may be costs to deliver the card statement.
QR-bill
From October 1, 2022, the QR-bill will replace the previous payment slips for good. Swisscard will gradually switch to the QR-bill from June 2022. We provide you with some important information on this below so you do not need to worry about this change.

The successor product to the red (IS) and orange (ISR) payment slips is referred to as a bill with QR code or QR-bill for short. The QR-bill will replace the previous payment slips for all Swiss bank customers for good.

If you pay your statements by a standing order or payment order set up in e-banking, you must delete it before October 1, 2022 and create a new order based on the QR-bill. Otherwise, your payment cannot be made as of October 1. If in doubt, we recommend that you contact your bank or PostFinance.
