How to order a replacement card

    Here’s how to order your replacement card

    Step 1

    Log in to the Swisscard app using your Swisscard Login.

    Step 2

    Select "Service" and then "Order replacement card" under the section Card. Please note the costs incurred for a replacement card.

    Step 3

    You will receive the new card by post within two working days.

    Thanks to the free Swisscard app for Android and iOS, you have all the information about your credit card and card payments to hand everywhere and in real time. The 3-D Secure service is integrated in the app and allows online payments to be checked and approved.
